THE ELVEN TRIPARTITE

Signed and adopted on the 4th of Malin’s Welcome, 1748

 

The descendants of Malinor have by now found utopia, whether it is atop the peaks of Silver mountains, deep within tranquil forests or hidden beneath the eyes of Arcas in halls of stone. However, a reality elvenkind is very much aware of is that the rest of the realm is not as safe nor as forgiving as these bastions of prosperity.

As per Larihei’s teachings, the Aspects’ wishes and Luara’s will, none wish upon their followers something other than peace and health.

Would these figures not then weep, knowing full well how many of elven kin fall prey to the swords and spears of dastardly bandits or are mistreated in cities not of their own?

 

To address this lugubrious issue, the Tripartite has convened to establish in all of it’s cities embassies for any elf to seek refuge in should they find themselves at odds, whether it is in the north-west, east or south-east of Arcas, as well as to put more ease into the relations between each nation and to give more accessibility to those seeking knowledge in either of it’s signatories:

 

 

[ I ] - The Silver State of Haelun’or shall establish a consulate in The Forest Realm of Irrinor and The Union of Renalia-Gladewynn

 

[ II ] - The Forest Realm of Irrinor shall establish a consulate in The Silver State of Haelun’or and The Union of Renalia-Gladewynn

 

[ III ] - The Union of Renalia-Gladewynn shall establish a consulate in The Silver State of Haelun’or and The Forest Realm of Irrinor

 

[ IV ] - The embassies will serve to be used by visitors from each signatories as per written permission from their diplomat

 

[ V ] - The embassies shall serve as refuge for any elf of any belief who finds themselves endangered by the Valah wars in their respective side of Arcas

 

[ VI ] - The signatories are to see to the safe arrival of any refugee to their respective homeland upon request
