As dictated by the Secretary of the Treasury

 

On this day a new Imperial program will commence. The Empire wishes to stimulate the economy that lays in the hands of the common folk. Therefore, we allow any and all inside neutral or Imperial Territory to join.

 

The program will mean the following:

 

Men and women from any social class are allowed to apply for a position within the Agency. They can fill out which class of workforce's they wish to join and will then sign a contract and a personal file that will get stored by the Overseeing Administrator.

 

the sections that will be included in your personal contract and file will include:

 

-Your name.

-Chosen Class.

-How many years you will serve.

-A minimum salary agreement

-A minimum quota agreement

 

There are a minimum quota and a base salary that goes with it for each class. When talking to the Overseeing Administrator you can also pick a higher quota to your liking and with it get paid more for your week’s work. However, don’t pick impossible amounts and you cannot get a lower quota than the minimum.

 

Sometimes, additional tasks can be given to Class workers. This will also mean additional payment.

 

When these documents are settled and stored away, you will get your assigned delivery point in the depot of the program. This is where you will deliver the materials your class is assigned to gather. You will have to reach the quota at the end of Saint’s Week. When this is not met multiple times you will run the risk of getting terminated from the job. If you can come with a valid reason you won’t suffer any consequences but neither will get full payment.

 

When turning in extra materials you will receive bonus payments depending on the amount. These gotta be turned in by the Overseeing Administrator in person.

 

When your quota is collected, you can find tokens in your storage which you can turn in for payment in the same depot.

 

Applicable quota items are only paid if they are indeed turned in. They have their own value if turned in. Their value will be added to your payment. Items collected by fishing vary and therefore need to be directly turned in by an Overseeing Administrator. 

 

These are the current classes, their minimum quota, and base salary:

 

Miner

Minimum Quota: 

- 32 Iron ingots

 - 64 Coal

-  Gold (If applicable)

- Any Diamonds (If applicable)

- 64 Cobblestone

 

Base Salary

Lumberjack

Minimum Quota: 

- 64 Oak logs

- 64 Spruce logs

- 64 Dark Oak logs

- 64 Jungle logs

- 64 Acacia logs

- 64 Birch logs

 

Base Salary

100

 

 

Farmer

Minimum Quota: 

- 64 Bread

- 64 Baked Potatoes

- 16 pumpkins

- 64 Sweet Berries

 

   Base Salary

100

 

Fisherman

Minimum Quota: 

- 32 Cooked Cod

- 16 Cooked Salmon

- any additional items received while fishing (if applicable)

 

    Base Salary

 80

 

 

Rancher

Minimum Quota: 

- 32 Cooked Beef

- 16  Cooked Mutton

- 16 Cooked Porkchop

- 16 Cooked chicken

 

   Base Salary

125

 

Builder

Minimum Quota: 

- 64 Terracotta

- 64 Concrete (color of choice)

- 64 Glass

- 64 Clay

- Any amount of Wool (If Applicable)
