We, the sovereignities of the Alliance of Independent States, in our continued good will for you and your people, reach out to you with the hope of seeking clarity in the matter of the Silver State of Haelun’ors declaration of neutrality with the Despotate of Oren, whom we as an alliance have since been in an ongoing conflict with. We wish to continue our mutual good relations and thus declare our intent to send you a diplomatic representative of our alliance who shall speak to you our concerns, and shall in turn listen to the concerns of the Silver Stateon issues which the High Elven people may have in regards to its relation within the AIS, further to speak with you of the recent issues which have caused for confusion amongst your allies in the Independent States.
