In light of the passing of Her Majesty the Queen-Mother, the Crown of Haense has deemed fit to declare a state of mourning. In continuation of this declaration, the Crown also suspends the Kingdom temporarily from any affairs, both inter-imperial, and exterior. The Crown does do this on the basis of recent threats made to the Royal Family by the Imperial State, the desecration of the late Queen-Mother’s private chambers, and the disturbing of the peace. 

 

By royal decree, it is declared,

• A period of mourning is declared within the State of Haense, to last for between 315-316 ES (1762-1763 AH) or until overridden by royal decree,

• All Haeseni citizens are encouraged to remain within the borders of the State of Haense until further notice,

• All Senators of the State of Haense are to return to their home province,

• All Haeseni military personnel currently serving in the Imperial State Army are to return to their home province,

• All Haeseni civil servants currently employed elsewhere in the Empire are to return to their home province,

• All non-Haeseni businesses (outside of those permitted by the Crown) within the confines of the State of Haense are temporarily suspended and nationalized until further notice,

• All joint military operations and trainings are suspended until further notice,

• And all Haeseni citizens are encouraged to attend the memorial service of Maya Alimar held by Lady Viktoriya Ruthern.
