In light of the conclusion of Emperor Peter the Third’s marvelous Silver Jubilee, which commemorated his lengthy reign and the prosperity it has begotten, the youth of Helena deserves to be informed of the vastly memorable history surrounding their Empire. As such, we cordially invite you to the Helena gardens, residing within the Palace Novellen, so the youth of Oren may learn of their beloved homeland, alongside discussing their interests and desires for it. As the scions of a new generation, it is essential that the Empire provides for them an equal, rounded education, so that they may go forth and continue on in the image of His Imperial Majesty’s blessed reign.
