Callahan v. Commonwealth of Kaedrin

Recommended Posts

SUBPOENA

4 S.S. 1764

THE PLAINTIFF, Arthur K. Callahan

Represented by Lauritz H. Christiansen

DESIRES TO SUMMON THE FOLLOWING PARTY BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT;

THE COMMONWEALTH OF KAEDRIN

Represented by the Solicitor-General

ON THE BASIS OF THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLE(S), DOCTRINE(S), EDICT(S) OR ARTICLES OF LAW:

706.02 - The right to not be bound by estate or lordly vow, to be free men within their own right, and to travel the land of the Imperial State as seen fit.

The exilement of one Arthur K. Callahan by the Commonwealth of Kaedrin is a breach of the rights given to the Bourgeoisie, which clearly states that they are allowed ‘to travel the land of the Imperial State as seen fit.’ The Imperial State includes all crownlands, provinces, and vassals, and to obstruct a citizen of ability to enter one of these sub-entities is henceforth illegal.

ON THE DESIRED DATE OF:

((To be arranged OOC))

YOURS HUMBLY,

ARTHUR K. CALLAHAN
