((your missing the point,with districts of mass spread Giant mushroom housing,or slum districts for short,the intent is not to recreate the hellish irl slums of theft,murder,etc.instead the intent is to address the mass homelessness of the general population,to give people a safe place to stay and store there items. of course the houses would need to be close together,plentiful,and have its own district in each of the races capitals))

Maybe we could have guild houses with as soon as you join you join a guild. Then that guild is the skill you train and in return you get housing from that guild.

in single player,i sucessfully made a 'slum' of giant mushrooms.it can hold twenty one people,in a very small space. im going to tidy it up some,and redesign it so it looks nicer,then ill screenshot it for you all

((You cannot have unregioned houses, we have had it before and it was total chaos during those times with everyone stealing on the server from peoples chests. People would hide chests in the floor and people with xray would just walk in and steal peoples things. Once again, mushrooms are just weird for a dwarf, even though they spawn in a cave, i would rather live in a cave than in a mushroom.))

((im against unregioned homes,i agree.but homelessness is a big problem on this server as far as i can tell.if you can make lots of cheap* regioned* housing for dwarves that isnt like this then more power to you,seriously))
