An observation concerning the war against demonkind

During the meeting within the rexdom, leaders of many spoke. Concerns were brought up, and arguments were made both for defense and attack.

This paper would be an argument of attack based of the arguments of defense.

It was brought up that aggression is wasteful and dangerous – called suicide by some. It was brought up that the demons had not attacked, rather seemed rather content to simply defend the land they have claimed from descendantkind. The reason for this being the meteors that they had come down with, appearing to be massive skeletons of some dead creature.

Aggression was called suicide because these demons appear to grow in power from blood, and it can thus be assumed, death, as they have been seen consuming corpses.

With the expansion of their warcamp, first a simple pallisade, now an encampment and siegeworks being prepared, we can see their power growing.

This argument for aggression is then of this simple concern. If they feed off blood and death, by lacking aggression we give them time to feed off the bodies they’re based around, to feed off the meteors with which they came down.
If this observation has been made and is publically known, then good, this paper is useless and can be discarded as simply a consequence of lacking information.

Has it not however, I urge all leaders within the firewatch alliance and without to reconsider their strategy for this coming war, as any wasted time will lead to the direct power increase of our existensial foes, and if we are unfortunate, giving them enough time without interruption may lead to them being unstoppable once the power from this corpse has been absorbed.

As such, I urge all leaders to dedicate to campaigns of harassement on the demon camp, to prevent their progress and do as much damage as we can, keep them level. While it is accepted that we can not at this moment beat them, if this above theory is true, we need to continually damage them so that they may never be capable of beating us.

Signed, Ceru’lenniel Meracahe, Knight Consul of Vael.
