PREAMBLE

The Ferro Corporate freehold has stood outside of New Reza for quite some time, when functioning it polluted the farmland and livestock nearby but, it has stood in ruins for quite some time since then and the area was notably treated by the druids to ensure that the land remained fertile for crops. The removal of the factory will result in the ability to create more farms and farmhouses on the land, to allow for more population to live on the outskirts of New Reza and allow for more produce to be harvested.

 

ARTICLE I: Deconstruction of the Freehold

1: The ruins of the Ferro Freehold Corporation will be removed, with such work contracted to soldiers of the HRA for a price of 2,000 Mina.

 

ARTICLE II: Construction of Farmland

1: Upon the removal of the ruins, the land shall be surveyed for the construction of farmsteads;

2: Farmsteads shall be made available to soldiers of the Haense Royal Army who are veterans of at least ten years and have reached the rank of Armiger;

3: Veteran farmsteads shall be exempt of taxation;

4: All construction costs shall be paid by the Royal Treasury.
