Laudov Welderz i Haense

Little Foresters of Haense

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Established by Her Royal Highness, Princess Alexandria Karina Wick, Laudov Welderz i Haense is meant to teach and help the youth of Haenseti-Ruska various skills in survival and to be better educated about the natural world around them; by learning these skills, a Laudov Welder shall learn what it means to be a proper Haeseni and represent the culture of our people well.  Some events may count as credits to classes for the Haense Academy.

The Kingdom of Haense is filled with a proud, hard-working people that tirelessly strive to ensure a better future for our nation.  Merit is something that is cherished and respected within the city of New Reza; if something is desired, it ought to be achieved through honest work.  A Laudov Welder shall learn to uphold such values within our culture and endeavour to become a role model for the younger generations to come.

When a Laudov Welder displays acts of merit, shows dedication, and has development in their skills, an Eamrit Eamdal [Merit Medal] shall be bestowed upon them.  Medals can be earned under certain branches, which build up to a Laudov Welder earning a Mark that shall show their worth and skills learned.  Three types of Marks may be earned through the events and gatherings hosted.  Eamrit Eamdals may only be earned during lessons and events, to better ensure authenticity of one’s development and learning.

The Three Marks

The Mark of Asseran

Inspired from the Sun-Father in Haeseni Mythology, a symbol of pride and strength, this is a path meant for those with a mind for combat and the display of physical prowess.  Four specific Eamrit Eamdals must be earned for a Laudov Welder to earn The Mark of Asseran.  One who achieves this feat, shall be gifted a Belt of Asseran.

  • Prove your marksmanship.
  • Create and efficiently use a live trap.
  • Effectively handle and prepare caught game.
  • Succeed the Graduation Hunt.

The Mark of Sindhor

A path created with the Earth-Mother in Haeseni Mythology in mind, it is meant for those with a love toward nature and a desire to learn more about the wildlife of Haenseti-Ruska.  Four specific Eamrit Eamdals must be earned for a Laudov Welder to earn The Mark of Sindhor.  One who achieves such a feat shall be gifted a Hat of Sindhor.

  • Successfully identify and harvest a specific plant.
  • Prepare medicine.
  • Sketch three creatures from nature.
  • Succeed the Graduation Hunt.

The Mark of Nikul

The Moon in Haeseni Mythology, the savior of mortal-kind and the creator of oceans and waterways; this is a path meant for those who strive to do what they can to aid and empower their fellow Haeseni.  Four specific Eamrit Eamdals must be earned for a Laudov Welder to earn The Mark of Nikul.  One who achieves such a feat shall be gifted a Cloak of Nikul.

  • Prepare a Haeseni dish to share.
  • Successfully manage and ride a small sailboat.
  • Help a fellow Laudov Welder in completing three tasks.
  • Succeed the Graduation Hunt.

Other Eamrit Eamdals can be earned and collected from a Laudov Welder pursuing any of The Three Marks, which may further display the amount of merit and skills one has acquired.  The more collected, the better.

Such minor Eamdals, when there is the possibility of earning them, shall be announced when a lesson or event is to be held.

The Graduation Hunt

The final quest for a Laudov Welder and a test to prove their mental and physical might, as well as their ability to communicate and cooperate with their fellow Haeseni.  To partake in a Graduation Hunt, a Laudov Welder will need to have acquired every other badge required for the Mark they seek.

Once ready, a small group shall be formed - consisting of Laudov Welders of varying Marks.  Group sizes may vary, though an ideal group shall have three Laudov Welders with an overseer watching over them to ensure their tasks are completed and that they remain safe.  The age requirement, however, to be able to do this Hunt, is fifteen.

The tasks of the Graduation Hunt shall fit a wide scale of skill sets, focusing on the ones a Laudov Welder has learned and been developing; however, the group will have to combine their skills and knowledge together if they wish to succeed the Graduation Hunt.  A list of tasks requiring completion shall be given out before a group is to begin this final test.

Enrollment

In order to enroll as a Laudov Welder, one should sign up for Cultural classes within the Haense Academy.

Brandt Barclay smiled as he saw the princess's work come to live. He then arched a brow as he wondered to himself before calling his young son Cedric into his room before reading him the notice. After a moment he turnt to him with a slightly titled head and an interested look on his face "You fancy the outdoors Sohn?"

The young Cedric Barclay would be sitting on his father’s bed, listening as the notice was read to him. After he had finished, Cedric answered with much excitement in his voice “Da papej! I do!
