Lieutenant Robert Galbraith and Assistant Solicitor-General Olivier Halcourt heard shouting, and naturally went to the location of those screams to see what was going on. There, we saw a Farfolk man, later identified as Qahir (hereafter; the defendant) berating members of the Raven family and challenging them to a duel. We decided to take him in for a deviancy charge when Lieutenant Galbraith recognized that the defendant fit the description of an attempted robbery in which Judge Henrik Larson was victim of. Olivier sent a bird to Judge Larson, and he came in and identified the defendant as the man who tried to rob him days before.
