The 3rd Brigade has seen a resurgence under the leadership of Major Sir William Darkwood, swelling in strength , size and combat prowess. Therefore due to such circumstances I have seen fit that reforms must be put into place in order to properly govern said Brigade at it's new size.

Therefore I have seen fit that we have the adequate numbers to properly sustain the billets: Master of the Horse and Master of the School. These shall fill out the Brigade and allow it to perform to it's maximum potential. 

Furthermore the influx of new junior officers from the combat academy and other personnel allow for the swift filling of these roles. Ensuring that the Brigade can operate consistently and to the best of it's ability.

Additionally , it is clear we must revitalise the old traditions of the 3rd Brigade including but not limited to: the pride in our uniforms and utmost maintenance and quality control of our Equipment. 

In order to reinforce this I shall institute yearly uniform and equipment inspection followed by reconstituting the Brigade meetings in order to ensure all voices are heard.
