Fir_G_Nobeard 92 Share Posted April 23, 2021 The Repentant Berserker In the markets of the Oasis, one can hear the talk about Qahir's death being spoken about. Many were speculating whether he was still one of them. There were disputes about whether he really died as a mumineen or a heretic. Hassan who just finished contemplating in the wilderness nearby overheard this conversation. Few drops of tears could be seen rolling down his cheeks and a smile could be seen forming on his face. He went in the middle of the street and called upon the tribesmen to listen to him. "Oh my people, Oh my people. Today, I bring you glad tidings from Qahir" The silence was broken with people discussing. A tribesman shouted "How could Qahir give glad tidings when he is dead? We don't even know if he died as a believer!" "Oh my people. Listen to me," Hassan would raise his voice to quell the noise that had arose. Hassan would continue with his story " Yesterday, I had a dream of Qahir. I was in the middle of the desert and I saw Qahir in white clothing. There was a light radiating from his face and he held a jug of water. He stood beside a fire with a calming smile and proceeded to extinguish the fire by pouring the water over it. Then he looked towards me and gave me a Salam. I asked him ' Qahir. Is that really you? ' Qahir smiled and said ' Ya Hassan, it's been long since we've met. By Allah's mercy, I am resting comfortably in this world. I send good tidings to the mumineen. Our Prophet Availer send his good tidings too.' Then, there was a bright light from the sky engulfing everything and I heard him saying 'Be righteous, my people'. Then I woke up , and saw the Kitab Al-Salam turned to chapter eleven: Repent. I had realized that the fire was a symbol of sin and that the water was a symbol of Allah's mercy. Oh my people, I beg you to send your salam to Qahir in your dua. Send your salam to the Prophet in your dua. Repent like our dear Qahir. May this story inspire faith in your hearts. Ameen."

AquaticWolf 286 Share Posted April 23, 2021 Hakim Bin Mutayr Al-Hattan would be resting in the Masjid, contemplating over the recent events as he'd fiddle with the Tasbeeh wrapped around his palm, before promptly rising to his feet and making his way to the marketsquare, upon hearing the scholar's words he'd exclaim "Forgiveness is in the hands of Allah first, and so may Qahir be counted amongst the ranks of the Shuhadaá!" Diaolos 204 Share Posted April 25, 2021 Azzam Bin Hakim Al-Hattan was amongst the tribesman in the market as he was sent by his mother to bring spices for dinner. He turned upon hearing the Scholar's shouting. he walked past them struggling to force his tiny body between the large men so he can get a front row. as he reached the front row he simply sat down to hear the Scholar's words, he smiled upon hearing that the man he knew since birth, The Strong Qahir, has found peace before he passed. RUMmaging_ 1 Share Posted April 26, 2021 Arline Lawrence shed a tear about Qahir's death, giving herself a hug. Hoping he's in peace with the afterlife, ashamed of herself for not being there for him.
