By order of the Lord of Osser, so it is decreed:

 

• Osser reaffirms its oath of fealty to its rightful King and Queen, Georg I and Johanna I,

• Osser pledges its support to the restoration of its lieges to their throne in Sutica,

• Osser denounces the Pretender-Princess and all other false claimants to the Cerulean throne, along with their supporters.
