AN OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM

THE MINISTRY OF THE TREASURY OF THE HOLY ORENIAN EMPIRE

 

 

Information has reached the Imperial Ministry of the Treasury, indicating Baron Varon Draskovic and Sir Leopold Draskovic-Kovachev have undertaken efforts to auction the rights to the Novellen Tavern, located in Providence.

 

This is in contravention to the existing agreement made by His Imperial Majesty's government that specifies the operating rights shall be relinquished to the Crown upon the possessor's display of a lack of interest or at such a time when the possessor no longer sees fit to run the operation. Therefore, the aforementioned rights are non-transferrable.

 

In view of the above, His Imperial Majesty's government has authorized the Imperial Treasury to issue an interdiction with immediate effect, thereby terminating the supposed auction and the ownership of the Novellen by its current proprietors.

 

Be it so; the rights to operate the Novellen Tavern in Providence have now reverted to His Imperial Majesty's government.

 

Accordingly, His Imperial Majesty's government will now begin taking applications to choose a future operator of the Novellen Tavern with the details listed below:

Terms of Operations:

 

1,000 minas will be provided to His Imperial Majesty's government upon the acceptance of this contract.

130 minas will be paid weekly to His Imperial Majesty's Treasury for operating this contract.
This contract shall be non-transferrable.
