Sea Foam Savant

 

 

This Elegant dress is made up of different shades of green and blue, playing off the eyes perception of color. It is in accordance with Orenians Court fashion, and would suit any young woman all the way up to the wisest of tutors.  The skirt would balloon out in a lovely array of green if one were to twirl while wearing it.
