-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: English is my first language but I do occasionally make grammatical errors.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am 16 and I enjoy gaming and talking to friends. I started playing Minecraft earlier in the year where I began on my own survival based server. I've since done some light RP on another server but now wish to join a roleplaying server such as Lord of The Craft to get the experience of playing with other roleplayers.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I would usually be able to play around 20 hours a week or possibly more.

-How long have you played minecraft?: I have been playing Minecraft for about five months now.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I know that roleplaying is where you assume the role of a character and react to people, based on that character's personality. The player must act and speak as if they are in the role of that character and must not let what they know in the real word have an affect on their character, in game. In the past, I have roleplayed with Star Wars based guilds through chat roleplay, forum roleplay and open world roleplaying games.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect the server to be a great place to roleplay and have a fun time in a fantasy world where I can adventure, explore and act out the life of a Dwarf. I also hope to become a part of this community and meet other roleplayers.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on my own server with a couple of friends and also a guild server but this will be my first server that is devoted to roleplaying.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: Yes, I have read the rules and agree to them. I have also read the lore and will try to make sure that my character's history does not conflict with it.

-Name the 4 races on this server. Dwarf, Human, Elf and Orc.

-How did you hear about us?: I heard about this server from two friends who are members of this community, Zeveus Di Valeta and ManOfSilver. They showed me the trailer and I decided that it'd be fun to try it out for myself.

-Did you vote?: Yes

-What was your favourite Law?: No destroying of the worlds landscape is my favourite Law although I think that all of the Laws are good.

-What was your least favourite Law?: All of them look fair enough to me so none.

-Biography: Valen was born 163 years ago and was brought up in a small, quiet, Dwarven mining village that lay at quite a distance from the Dwarven capital. Here, his parents worked as blacksmiths for the local Dwarven guards. He admired his parents work, occasionally helping out in the family business and one day, hoping to take on the job himself. He had two younger siblings, a sister who he rarely quarrelled with and a brother of who he would often get into fights with as a child. Despite this, he got along well with all of his family and wished for nothing more than to live peacefully in the village.

However, one day, Valen's father was asked to deliver a crate of supplies to the Dwarven capital that was in need of assistance against Orc invaders, enemies of the Dwarves. His father agreed and with the help of his family, made enough armour and weaponry to take to the capital. Valen left the comforts of his home town for the first time in his life, setting off into the wilderness. As nights passed and they neared ever closer to the capital, they were unforutnately ambushed by a patrol of Orcs. Valen's father tried in vain to fight off the attackers, but was eventually overwhelmed and slain by the Orcs. However, unknown to the Orcs, he had survived long enough to buy time for his son to escape into a nearby forest.

While his father died an honourable death, Valen became lost in the wilderness for days, having to use the skills that he had picked up over the course of his life to survive. He eventually began to recognise the land and realised that he was close to the village that he had grown up in. However, when he returned, he found nothing but burnt out buildings and the lifeless bodies of the village's former inhabitants. It had been pillaged and destroyed by Orc invaders, leaving the remains of his old life in ashes. As Valen, stared on with disbelief and sadness that he had not been around to protect his family, he realised that he had to travel to the capital to inform the Dwarven army of the threat that the Orcs now posed to other settlements in the area. As he once again, traveled onwards to the Dwarven capital, he swore to one day seek justice and avenge the deaths of his family.

-Character Age: 163, under the average age for a Dwarf.

-Character Appearance: He has reddish coloured hair, brown eyes, a beard and is of average height for a Dwarf. His attire consists of ordinary Dwarven clothing, shoulder guards, and thick, heavy boots, made from simple materials.

-Character Personality: He is generally quiet for a Dwarf but is very friendly to those he knows well. Although not easily angered, he can get aggressive when driven too far and believes that the ongoing war with the Orcs, honours his family's memory. While he continues to hold grudges against the Orcs, he is capable of getting along with all races in Aegis. However, he has not yet managed to forgive the Orcs and still holds a long lasting hatred against those that destroyed his old life. He enjoys living underground and mining for precious stones and ore which he can use to craft into new weapons, armour and equipment of which he values greatly.

-Your ambitions: He would like to one day own his own home in the Dwarven capital of Kal'Urguan and possibly start his own blacksmithing business, continuing the work of his parents. He has also trained for years in combat to fight and seek vengeance for the deaths of his family.

-Can your character read or write?: He has learnt to read reasonably well and can write some simple sentences.

-Can your character mine?: Yes, he was taught how to mine by his father at a young age.

-Are you a capable builder? Although building is not his speciality, he does have some experience in repairing and building houses.

-Can you wield a sword?: Yes, following the deaths of his family, he has trained himself to use the sword, with assistance from combat specialists in the Dwarven military.

-Enjoy Farming?: He wouldn't consider himself a skilled farmer but he does farm crops when necessary.

-Does your character have any special skills?: He is skilled in combat, mining and blacksmithing.
