Aether intently reads the missive, a vexing curiosity overwhelming her. She gripped the missive with chagrin as a similar gripped expression covers her scowl. ... Nothing. "..That's.. That's it? Ne, ne, ne declaration of war, ne big announcement no.. Nothing?" She crumples up the paper and throws it into Caer Raywyn's roaring hearth. "..Then who the hell cares? Why is everyone reading this nowadays? What a waste of paper, what useless trash."

The traveler looked at the writing, giving it a second read. He'd been away from other Elves for too long. He couldn't help thinking that the writer had a way with words, but then, that is the job of politicians is it not?

He scrunched up the parchment, and tossed it into a nearby fire place.

"I suppose it's a good thing I take care of myself."

A pale druid with scorched and tattered clothing happened upon the missive, they take a pause from the carrying of seeds and cuttings of the trees within the charred woodlands to regard it properly, soot-covered boots digging into the soil as their pace came to a sudden halt.
An amused
"mmh" was all that escaped them, they soon then folded the missive and placed it amongst the many others they hoarded, continuing on their lumbering way through the woods.
