THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WERE BROUGHT AGAINST THE DEFENDANT;

IX

Let he who steals the property of another be guilty of Theft.

XII

Let he who intrudes on the land of another, be it fief or building, be guilty of Trespass.

XIV

Let he who defaces the property of another be guilty of Vandalism.

(Jura I Kirma)

THE FOLLOWING CLAIMS WERE BROUGHT BY THE DEFENDANT;

The defendant, Firr Fanile, admits to his crimes of trespassing and damage of property. As for theft, the defendant admits to attempting to do so yet denies past actions he was accused of. The reason for the crimes being a need for food, and a wish for a sword.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE RATIONALE FOR THE DECISION FROM THE PRESIDING JOVENAAR;

On the charge of Theft, Trespass and Vandalism in regards to Firr Fanile;

Jovenaar Johann delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant is found guilty for trespassing, vandalism, and attempted theft, due to having admitted his guilt. Yet he is not found guilty of theft referred to in the past, as there is lacking evidence of such.

Firr Fanile, a young lad who just came of age, is set to serve a BSK officer and be under their mercy, until the claimed officer decides so. This way the young boy shall be set on the right path and learn from hard work how to make his way in the world while benefiting the nation instead of committing crimes against it.

It is so ordered.
