As Princep of Ebonwood, and adherent to the way of Malin, I summon all those who claim themselves Sons and Daughters of Malin (Elven: Malin'Onn) to the conclave of Ebonwood to discern his teachings on the following subjects, so that we Mali in his city may live in his accord in hopes of encouraging our father’s return.

o The nature of the Silver State and the challenge to the Sohaer’ship of the flock of Larihei

o The construction of Malin’s city, to replace Ephesius.

o Immortality: Gift of Malin, or Curse - the Bronze Law.

A discussion on the Mali'Ame Ito Elberun'Tir (Wood Elves of the Bronze Law) , their views on Malin, and what influences are seen in Eldar today. These Mali'Ame cast off Malin as a prophet, but they developed methods to combat the onset of madness from immortal age. We shall discuss our immortal lives at its conclusion , and determine any revelations in their texts. What ancient texts are available, are available to read on request before hand.

Elven Conclaves are not new in Ebonwood, having hosted them for over two decades prior. Though as we grow - so too does their audience. They are one of three mechanisms for the passage of laws which we call ‘Revelations of Malin’,  but we shall reiterate their rules for those unfamiliar to our lands.

  1. Any Gwaithor or Councilor of Ebonwood may summon the conclave.

  2. All Elves, Equals. Any Mali, of any nation, may come to debate the way of Malin before the conclave to discern his truths and make their arguments.

  3. All Elves, Malin. No Mali may be denied a voice, and shall be treated in accordance to their Mali heritage; not their national origin, or position in society.

  4. All Elves, United. Revelations are considered the true understanding of the way of Malin and are considered as law within the Ebonwood once revealed. However, not all decisions are definitive for life - new information, new evidence and new history may change our understanding of the will of the prophet Malin.

  5. Gwaithors remain the voting members of the Conclave.

OOC: Weds, 12 JAN, 3:00 PM EST / 2100 Central European, in Ephesius.

Signed,

HIS SERENE HIGHNESS, MINUVAS MELPHESTAUS,

PRINCEPS OF THE EBONWOOD

A Snow Elven prince looks over the missive. "I think not," he swiftly determines, tossing it out into the snow.
