In recent times, We have found ourselves in deep meditation about the Sacraments. In these meditations, in prayer with the Most High, We have been inspired to pursue a change to the Received Tradition regarding prescriptions to the sacrament of Holy Matrimony. With the advances in modern medicine, the Sons and Daughters of Horen have found themselves living longer and longer lives than before. Accompanying this, social mores have changed in that the age of maturity in humans is considered now to be at the age of eighteen. As such, We will no longer recognize or allow the performance of this Sacrament to those below this age.
