The Electorate of Freimark and the elector representing it, Count Karl Barclay, brought forth the nomination of the Chieftain of the Reinmaren, Johann Barclay, as the next Lord Vandalore, which the Elector of Reinmar-Sutica accepted. Then, the Electorate of Bishop, represented by Thomund Bishop, brought forth the nomination of Prince Heinrich Alstreim. The Prince dismissed the motion, claiming that someone more experienced would be fit for the role. VOTE: APPOINTMENT OF JOHANN BARCLAY AS THE LORD VANDALORE AND MARGRAVE OF VANDERFELL JA Freimark Bishop Merryweather-Alstreim Reinmar-Sutica ABWESEND Richtenburg The vote passed unanimously by the present Electors, 4-0-1, with the elector of Richtenburg arriving late. AFFIRMATION OF HOUSE BARUCH AS AN ELECTORATE OF THE WALDENIC DIET The second motion brought before the Diet was the eligibility of House Baruch as a full electorate of the Diet. The Duke of Valwyck, Eirik Baruch, presented his case with a statement of the willingness of his House to both join and develop their Waldenian roots. After a moment’s discussion, during which Lord Alstreim brought forth the suggestion of moving the vote for the next session, the Lord Vandalore called a vote on the motion. VOTE: CONFIRMATION OF EIRIK BARUCH AS AN ELECTOR OF THE WALDENIC DIET, REPRESENTING THE ELECTORATE OF VALWYCK JA Freimark Bishop Richtenburg Merryweather-Alstreim Reinmar-Sutica The vote passed unanimously, 5-0. CONFIRMATION OF THE CROWN OF ATHERAN SALVUS AS A TITULAR HONOR OF SAINT OTTOMAR OF MEARRYWEATHER Before calling the session to an end, two men of Salvia came before the Waldenic Diet. There, the two pleaded for the Waldenic diet to recognise the Crown of Atheran Salvus to be a titular title, held by St. Ottomar of Merryweather in perpetuity. After making it known that none of the Electors claim the title and that it should be brought back to its rightful place, the Lord Vandalore called a vote on the motion. VOTE: RECOGNITION OF THE CROWN OF ATHERAN SALVUS AS A TITULAR HONOR OF ST.
