My name is Constantia Irene Novellen. I am the eldest daughter of the Grand Duke of Balian. I think it is of utmost importance that the people of Balian should protect the bees of the land! I belong to the Honey Club and we will NOT allow foolish grown-ups to cause harm to our future! To nature! To the environment itself! To the BEES!

 

The Honey Club banded together to stand up for the tireless workers that buzz around our land. That delicate hum you hear as you stroll the streets of Balian is NO delicate hum at all! It is the masterful work of our little bee friends. The beautiful flowers that sprout about our pastures... BECAUSE OF THE BEES! I am Yelena Ruthern, I will NOT stand for the mistreatment of our life-sustaining friends any longer!

 

Yam Ekaterina Maria Ruthern. When we first came to live within the streets, bees could be seen everywhere, dancing amongst the flowers. However, within recent times the bees have diminished and almost become extinct, leaving ONLY two bees remaining. The Honey Club was created to educate our friends on the importance of these little creatures and how foolish it is to harm them! We will not tolerate the harm of bees. If vy are caught in such an act, vy will have to deal with the Honey Club.

 

Have you seen the bees around Balian? The numbers skyrocketed, until SOMEONE harvested the honey and made them mad! Now there are only two bees. How terrible! We must protect the bees. We must have certain people that will harvest honey safely, feed them adequately, and everything else too!

 

There are many uses for honey. Honey can be used to spice up your food or even tend to wounds! Whether creating a honey-based dressing or pairing it with a hot beverage, bees are the only thing to create the sweet treat.

 

But do you know what is MORE important than honey!? Pollination! Without the bees buzzing around our city, we would not have such pretty flowers! And don’t get me started on the food! Without bees we would simply STARVE! You don’t wanna starve, DO YOU?

 

Perhaps the most vital importance of bees, however! Is… how cute they are of course! It has been officially decreed by the Honey Club Honey Court that he or she who lays a single FINGER on a cute buzzer, shall be brought to stand before the Honey Court for a severance of JUSTICE.. and perhaps a severance of said finger! Get it?

 

If any child of Balian would like to join the Honey Court, come help us save the bees! If you are a child of another Kid-Club, please send us a letter so that we perhaps can make an alliance.

Ekaterina Maria clasped her hands together in excitement, quickly showing the missive to her best friend Leo. "Anyone who harms the bees better watch out!" The young Ruthern insisted with a grin, gesturing between herself and her friend  "I would niet want to mess with us!"

Leopold Edwin nodded fervently at that clutching his mothers spare cane as though it was a weapon. "Those who hurt the bees will hurt indeed!" The Novellen Youth muttered to his friend.
