Orenia is home to the largest population of Swan in the entirety of the Realm, with large swathes of her land solely populated by the aquatic bird.  The Petran Swan is a symbol of freedom and prosperity felled by citizens of Orenia, whilst also representing love and beauty. With the Harvest season, the Kings Silver Jubilee, and the Astercalia all on the horizon, the Keeper of Swans, Franz Arthur Sarkozic sees fit to announce the first of the quadrennial Swan Saturnalia, meant to act as an augural for the upcoming events. Thus, beforehand, the Keeper of Swans is to collect, feed and subject the swans to a census. Following this, they are to be released by the citizens of Orenia into the River Petra during a ceremony of great grandeur on the 12th of Godfrey’s Triumph, 1881.
