It is with utmost worry that the Viscounty of Rivia announces the sudden disappearance of the Viscount, the Right Honorable Lord Charles Galbraith. The last time he was publicly seen was during the night of two saints days ago.

 

At the same time, as we fear for the worst, the Viscounty of Rivia announces that the Chamberlain of Rivia, Lucius Felix Galbraith, as chief amongst councilors and as His Lordship's most loyal advisor, has assumed the Regency of the Viscounty as Lord Regent until the day the Viscount returns or that he is found to be legally dead. 

 

  We pray for the Viscount's swift return and for his health as we currently focus all our efforts in finding out his current location. We implore that anyone who may have information regarding this sudden disappearance contacts the Lord Regent of the Viscounty of Rivia as soon as possible.

 

In addition, the Viscounty of Rivia wishes to announce the recent arrival of His Serene Highness the Prince Emeritus of Savoy, Lucien Ashford de Savoie, who, given his publicly known longtime friendship with the House of Galbraith, has come to pledge his services to the new Lord Regent.

 

Upon the issuance of this Proclamation, the Lord Regent shall assume the Viscomital Seat of Rivia, including all the duties and responsibilities associated with the Viscounty of Rivia. All the councilors and bannermen of the Viscounty of Rivia shall be expected to reaffirm their oaths of fealty to the Viscomital Seat of Rivia. 

 

As for the succession in the scenario that the Viscount is found to be legally dead, it has been decreed that his son and rightful heir, Vibius Antonius Galbraith, shall inherit the Viscomital Seat of Rivia once he reaches the age of 25, moment in which he shall be invested as the new Viscount of Rivia. Until such day arrives, the Lord Regent, as the current holder of the Viscomital Seat of Rivia, shall be able to represent, speak and act on behalf of the Heir Apparent Vibius Antonius Galbraith.

 

And last, but not the least, with this Proclamation the House of Galbraith again hereby affirms their oaths of loyalty and allegiance to the Orenian Crown and to the House of Novellen.
