KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM

Issued by the

THE CROWN

On this 10th of Vyzmey ag Hyff of 445ES

VA BIRODEO HERZENAV AG EDLERVIK,

It is by the will of the Crown of Hanseti-Ruska that a change shall be made in the process of ennoblement for families within the Kingdom. It has traditionally taken years for a house to have adequately proven their worth to the Kingdom enough for it to be granted a barony, showing their strength and contribution through generations of service and deeds. It has rarely been a quick or simple task to those who have undertaken it.

Families have strived to join the ranks of the nobility for years and have failed for years to be given a chance, perhaps gone unnoticed by the Crown or perhaps considered to be yet unworthy to join its ranks on account of the worry imposed of creating a house that would not last. This has come at the cost of many burgeoning under such weight with no direction. In order to give many a step upon the ladder, Nauherzen or ‘New Lords’ shall become a title of proving one’s self, and become non-inherited, with a judgment then upon the next in line to decide if the title should continue to be offered.

With such, the following points within the Haurul Caezk shall be amended:

Law of Nobility

JURA I SZLATA

V

Nauherzen or Nauherzenas

Awarded to debuting Houses in recognition of their ambitions for the Kongzem.

VI

Nobility shall be referred to as ‘Lord’ or ‘Lady’, and the Noble holding the title and his spouse shall be referred to as:

Nauherzen

Your Lordship | Vyr Zaltry

XI

A recognized Nauherzen shall:

Keep a taxable manor with or without crenellations to host their kin,

Host a family of minor size who shall dedicate themselves to the Kongzem in service of arms, politics, or otherwise.

XV

Landed titles and their land shall be inherited, except those of Nauherzen status, whether after death or abdication:

Firstly by the eldest child and their line,

Secondly by next eldest child and their line, and so on and so forth,

Thirdly by the eldest sibling and their line,

Fourthly by the next eldest sibling and their line, and so on and so forth,

Fifthly by the eldest relative in adherence to lineal ascent,

and sixthly by resolution of the Crown or the Royal Duma.
