12th of the Deep Cold, 97 S.A.

To whom it may concern,

For many years since the foundation of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia and its subsequent migration to the Kingdom of Haense, one of our key goals has been the preservation and teaching of our past as a people. The history of the Hyspian People, dating back to the nomadic tribes that roamed the Arcasian Wildlands, has created many historically and culturally significant artifacts that we would see returned to the hands of our people - especially with the soon-to-be completed construction of a brand new capital city for Our Viceroyal throne. As a result, we reach out to the following nations and groups in the hope of peacefully negotiating the return of our artifacts.

The Kingdom of Norland, which holds the Crown and Armor of King Antonio 'the Red King'

The Grand Kingdom of Urguan, which holds the Great Banner of House de Pelear still flying over Castillo Arenisca

Elysium, which is believed to hold the Sword of House de Pelear - lost during the War with the Horde

This missive serves as nothing more than to open discussions with the aforementioned nations and groups in order to organize the retrieval of our lost artifacts. We shall not act with hostility and we encourage the leaders of these respective nations to write to Our Viceroyalty. Artifacts that are lost but are not within any nation's borders shall be peacefully retrieved by the sworn men of Hyspia.

Signed,

His Highness, Cesar de Pelear, Viceroy of Hyspia, Baron of Arenisca, Lord of Niseep and Gereon's Hold

Princesa Sofia De Pelear beamed in excitement, peering up at her father past her lashes as she'd grasp at his sleeve, swaying partly on tiptoes as she'd question him endlessly of what artifacts would be found. Would they be pretty? Can she have one? Is there a lot? And so and so forth!

Vicereine Laurelie would smile as he put out the missive. Having been talking to him about this for years.

A Hyspian Scholar scoffs, “Leave the Crown of Antonio ‘The Pagan’ with his pitiful Norlandic brethren.”

"History is History. Though he may have been a pagan, his impact on Hyspia should still be taught due to how much his reign divided our people. His crown and armor will serve as both a lesson and reminder so we do not repeat the dark days of our History. After all, if we forget those who did evil, how can we remember those who fought for righteousness like Venerated Cardinal Francisco?" said Viceroy Cesar to his fellow Hyspian.
