SECTION I; HIERARCHY

 The Hierarchy System within the Cerusil Talonii Guard hs been formed by the passing Matriarch of earlier years. The Guards goal is to protect the Cerusil Talonii, within our Guard there is no such thing "I Cannot/I Can't". The Cerusil Guards mindset shall only begin with words such as "I Can.". 

L’lphai

(Leading tailonii commander/general)

A L’lphai’s job primarily is to lead the guard; they shall issue out tasks as they see fit. In cases where the L’lphai cannot or is not present the l’Oshes’s shall take his/her place and work in his/her position.

 

L’Oshes

(Officer)
 

A l’Oshes’s job is to take charge when the L’lphai is absent, they also do the basic duties assigned to them. Such as looking out for the Cadets welfare that is their primary job, as well as guiding the cadets as they work. Being sure they stay on task, and complete the missions they’re set out to do.

l'Alli
(Cadet)

As a l’alli you are a cadet essentially, your goal is to follow instructions you are given and try to put yourself into leadership positions when you see fit. Like anyone else in the platoon your goal is to protect. If one cannot protect, one will most likely be put into another position within the Cerusil family.

SECTION II; ORGINS & HISTORY 

Long ago  way before our current Matriarch reigned there was the Matriarch long before the main bloodline cerusil we know today. The Matriarch was being taunted, and targeted by an unknown group that sought out to kill the Cerusil family and uproot the talonii from existence itself. Until one Valiant squire who we call Sir Neremyn Vaven stepped up to become the Matriarch’s guard protecting her from any sort of danger that dared come her way. He shouted out “Allow me to protect you until the end, please your Ladyship.” he stated, and she accepted his request to protect her not regretting it once. This Sir Neremyn  protected our Matriarch for quite a few years until he could no longer protect it as he was called out to battle against the vigilantes . Unfortunately Sir Neremyn Vaven had not returned from the battle against the unknown group. In his honor the Cerusil created the Cerudiraar to assure that no Talonii guard will feel as if they need to die alone ever again
