To the citizens of Nor’asath,

             With the best interests of their recovery and health after the ballista incident of 101 SA, Relnol Loa’chil has stepped down from their position as Halerir of the Heial'tahu. In order to fill the vacated position, Primarch Netseth Loa’chil, has chosen to appoint Acria Jusmia to the position.
             By filling the position of Halerir, Acria Jusmia will be leaving the position of High Terhir vacant. In the interests of maintaining the order of the city, the Primarch has vested the responsibility of selecting and training a new High Terhir with haste to Acria Jusmia. Any interested parties may direct a letter to them for consideration.
