The First Supreme Assembly of Lazzari

21th of Horen’s Calling, 40 B.A.

A Decree from the Assembly

Following the appointment as the first Syndic of the City assembly, Theodeta Darkwood, would take her place in the meeting hall of the old senate hall, while the construction of a new city hall was being planned. 

She would read through those whom have also been appointed to work with her as Concios of the Supreme Assembly of Lazzari. She would take a stand looking over those present spotting the following people whom would hold the role of Concio:

• Alf Vuiller

• Gaius var Ruthern

• Kasimir Sarkozic

• Cicero Lulianus Cato

• Thomas Napier

 

Following this she would begin a speech, a sense of pride and national spirit in her language and expression, gazing to the Concios.

"Today we begin a new era of Balianese politics, an era in which we will be leading the common folk of the capital and ensuring their every will is kept in best interest. We will do this together, while we may not agree on all policies and ideas, it is our duty to work together to aid those who need it the most as Concios. We must speak to all that grace our Atrus with open ears so that we do not fall deaf to what is needed. I hope you will all join me in this goal”
