Some of us have seen firsthand how hard our colleagues work to make the game a better place for all players. They're not just playing the game and talking about it online; they're out there getting into heated debates with other players. They've been accused of being "drama queens" or worse, but we know that what they do is more than just entertaining. When you think about it, even if one person says something mean to another player, the whole world hears it—and it has consequences beyond just a few words exchanged between two people.

 

We know this because the community team has told us so themselves. One of them said: "It's always important to remember that, as a community member, you're responsible for how others perceive you." The community team goes out of their way to encourage positive interactions among players... sometimes going so far as to get into fights with people who say offensive things online. We're glad to see they're taking this matter seriously, though we still wish they'd tone down the drama.
