WHEREAS It is our Sovereign Will and Royal Pleasure to bestow Our favour and recognition upon the Most Noble Heinrich Lothar, and for therewith We extend to him the highest of honours, and We elevate him to the ranks of the Immortal Order of Emperor Henry the Lion;

We summon him to Us that he may join his fellow Knights-Immortal whereat such a time he shall be brought into the circle by means of a dressing and a grant of arms; a bust made of his likeness to be displayed at Our seat.

Let the heralds proclaim it through Our shires, that all may bear witness to the decree of his knighthood.
