With the halls of the Palace of Talar’nor opening to the public, her lady seneschal has sought to issue an expansion of the palace’s servantry to further the cultivation and upkeep of the heart of Talar’norian culture. It is imperative for those looking to apply to be aware of the standards that come with joining the palace staff, alongside the duties that come with holding an esteemed role in the royal talarian court.

A Refining of Servantry

THE COURT ARTIFICER
The Court Artificer Is in charge with the handling of the crown jewels, as well as curating unique artifacts for the usage of the royal family and reputable members of the court and nobility. The Court Artificer also works alongside the Event Committee and Lady of Festivities, providing them with items to be used as rewards for competitions and other events of that manner.

THE ROYAL GEESE KEEPER
The Royal Geese Keeper is tasked with tending to the royal geese of talar’nor, with such duties entailing the planning of their meals, the supervision of their health, and the breeding of suitable candidates for geese racing tournaments. The Royal Geese Keeper also provides aid to the princess with the hosting of geese racing tournaments.

THE ROYAL BARDS
The Royal Bards are tasked with providing rich and affluent entertainment to the Royarch, her populace and the members of Talarian nobility. They are required to provide music, song or poetry at social or diplomatic events such as balls, festivals and other events held within the palace grounds. The nobility of Talar’nor can also call upon the Royal Bards to provide amusement at any events hosted by their particular talonii.

THE PALACE UPKEEP
The Palace Upkeep are required to uphold the pristine image of the royal palace, ensuring that the entire vicinity of the palace remains presentable for the events, meetings and courts that transpire within its glorious halls. The Palace Upkeep are also tasked with the distribution of food and beverages, prepared by the Court Chef and Court Sommelier during balls, and other such events of the like. 

Furthermore, the members of the Palace Upkeep may discuss with an appropriate member of the Laurir’heial any important or intriguing information they may have overheard during these aforementioned events.
