Under the recent events of house Sigvardson declaring me a bastard child, I, formally Estrid Sigvardson, Relinquish my name as Sigvardson and take the name ‘Rivers’ Under the watchful eye of the commonwealth

Furthermore, My house shall also adopt this name as well. If one is to suffer the same fate as I have, children and adults alike are encouraged to seek me out.
