As Valdev and the rest of Haense grow in prosperity and community, the Chamberlain seeks to educate the children of Haense on the art of event planning, so that when the younger generation grows into adulthood, they may continue the traditions of holding gatherings for the community, as their predecessors had.

On the Duties of a Ward

A ward of the Chamberlain is expected to conduct themselves properly within the courts, and to show adamant interest and potential in the planning of social events within the Kongzem, as well as willingness to collaborate with the rest of the Hauchkhazya and Esrova Prikaz to create bonds with the members of the Courts.

 

Tasks of the Chamberlain’s wards may include, but are not limited to:

Helping the Lady Chamberlain plan events. (Such as a festival, ball, tournament, etc.)

Reaching out to separate groups not typically or directly serving the courts to help coordinate events. (Such as the Bard College, foreign nations during collaborative events, etc.)

Coordinating with other departments of the Esrova to plan events. (Such as the Office of the Custodian, Office of the Wardrobe, etc.)

Assisting the Lady Chamberlain in writing missives and invitations to events.

 

On Openings

The Chamberlain will open a total of five slots to her wards. While criterion is not excessive, applicants should be at least eight years of age, and show an interest in event-planning. Station of birth, race, or other similar factors are not taken into account, and applicants will not be discriminated against for such.  In order to apply for a wardship under the chamberlain, a bird should be sent to the Chamberlain, Lady Liridona Amador, and from there an interview will be scheduled and conducted.
