Village "Oasis"

Greetings people of Aegis!

The village "Oasis" has been recently founded and accepts fellows travellers that are willing to visit, buy a house or check the marketplace!

Location: From Ravenhold, heading to Sugarville, you will see signs pointing the way to Oasis village! One easy way to reach Ravenhold is taking Laurelin's railway.

We have various cheap houses and land to build your own, ranging from 1000 to 1500 minas. In addition, there's a special place of small huts for only 500 minas, for the newer adventurers of the world! All places are protected and your valuables will be safe in their chests!

The village has an automated job system, where people can contribute to the village by selling various stuff in the bank.

Last but not least, there's a marketplace running, where you can find all kind of goods for sale. We accept orders for larger quantities too. Some things you might find here are:

I live in Ravenhold currently, I saw a posting for your village while I was in town the other day. I might be interested in setting up a small shop in Oasis Village if you'd approve of it. It would sell mostly foods, stone, stone bricks, clay, and bricks, with some miscellaneous other goods. If you are interested in selling me a small shop, and really I don't require more than a small hut for my shop, please send me a response at Raven Hold.

Easiest way to come is through Laurelin railway to Ravenhold and head to Sugarville. You will see signs from there!

I'd like to buy a home there, how much will a large plot of land dent my minas stock?

Well, our prices vary! We have houses from 500 to 1500 minas.

About plots to build your own, the smaller one is for 1000 minas, one medium-big for 1500 and one huge plot for 5000 minas! You can visit the village and check what you prefer!

Also be aware that Oasis Village is running out of places to live, it has grown in popularity greatly. If you are looking for a house I would look quickly!
