1. On Territory:

 

1.1. The Moonlit Realm of Nor-Velyth hereby grants the Hunter’s Lounge control and sovereignty over the territory defined as Ravenswood and her surrounding land.

 

1.2. The Vassal shall exercise full dominion and governance over the Territory, subject only to the Moonlit Realm's overarching sovereignty.

 

2. On Sovereignty:

 

2.1. The Moonlit Realm of Nor-Velyth acknowledges the Ravenswood's autonomy and supreme authority within the Territory, with the Moonlit Realm serving as a protector and supporter of the Ravenswood's interests.

 

2.2. The Hunter’s Lounge pledges allegiance to the Moonlit Realm of Nor-Velyth as its sovereign, with the understanding that the Moonlit Realm shall not interfere with Ravenswood's internal affairs or governance.

 

3. On War:

 

3.1. In times of war or conflict, Ravenswood shall have the prerogative to determine the Territory's military actions, subject to consultation with the Moonlit Realm and taking into account the Moonlit Realm's strategic interests.

 

3.2. The Moonlit Realm of Nor-Velyth shall provide military support to Ravenswood when required, with the understanding that such support will be provided in alignment with the Vassal's defense and security needs.

 

4. On Law:

 

4.1. The Hunter’s Lounge shall establish and enforce laws and regulations within the Territory that are consistent with the interests and values of the Moonlit Realm of Nor-Velyth, while respecting the rights and well-being of the Territory's inhabitants.

 

4.2. In matters of law, governance, and administration, Ravenswood shall act independently while bearing in mind the Moonlit Realm's overall objectives.

 

5. Duration and Termination:

 

5.1. This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, subject to any modifications or termination as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

 

5.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice, provided that such termination shall not lead to a breach of peace or compromise the security and stability of the Territory.
