Alan 1815 Share Posted October 15, 2011 Hello everyone. A few months ago, a project was started, and it was the creation of the city of Tur'Evelon. Because of school, work, sports, etc., the project has long since been abandoned. I currently lead the city, and before I led it with Nailena (greenmilkweed) before she RP died. The Tur'Evelon region is about 800 by 500, and the actual city, which is under construction, is about 300 by 200. If you want more information about it, click this link: City of Tur'Evelon As I am the leader of the city and the only current worker on it, I am basically selling the highest bidder the entire city AND leadership of it. The starting offer is 10,000. This may seem like a rip-off at first, but from selling houses in the city, I have made close to 30,000 minas. The highest offer after two weeks (Saturday 29 6:00pm EST) OR the first person to offer 30,000 will get the city, leadership, and all rights to it. This includes but is not limited to: renaming it, destroying sections of it, building new sections, recruiting workers, and gaining the money from selling the houses. After a few weeks, if you are smart, the owner will most likely make a profit from owning this city, so I recommend you place a bid right now! Again, starting bid is 10,000 minas. Alan 1815 Author Share Posted October 16, 2011 Just imagine, buying this city will not only make you the leader and owner of an expanding region, but also you will make money from selling houses! You can sell houses at whatever price you want, and after a few days, if you are patient enough, you could make more than 30,000! I recommend buying the city before this opportunity passes. Alan 1815 Author Share Posted October 16, 2011 For the last time :( It is NOT regioned, it is NOT protected, and therefore it is NOT permissioned, because it doesn't have permissions Tur'Evelon is still greatly under construction, and depending on whether or not someone with the ability to create protections decides they like it OR they purchase it themselves, it will not be protected for a while. If it WAS protected, the starting bidding price would be well over 10,000, probably closer to 50,000, and that's pretty cheap for an entire city.
