The Ducal Crown hereby raises Stefan Starling to the position of Chief Justice, and he shall henceforth serve upon the advisory council of the Duke, The Fair Cabinet.

 

Stefan Starling has helped write the Scroll of Law, which is establishes the criminal laws and procedures for trials within our Duchy, along with many other contributions, it is without a doubt within the eyes of the Duke, that Stefan Starling will do well to serve Brabant and its people.
