The Free City of Chambéry-sur-Petra Invites you to join in for its first Grand Carnival In celebration of its newly completed Châteaux. It will be a Festival of community, colorful costumes and  joyful dances. Come dressed as your favorite thing, a great Hero, a fun character from children books, or as your favorite animal, there are no limitations to what your costume can be, make it fun, make it colorful.

 

 

We have quite a day planned for all of you around our lovely Free City of Chambéry. There will of course be Dances and a Banquet but also performances by various artists as well as a Costume Contest for the best Costume at the Carnival and so much more! It will be a grand day of celebration for everyone!

CARNIVAL SCHEDULE

THE FIRST HOUR: Registration opens, performances

THE SECOND HOUR: The dance and grand banquet begins

THE THIRD HOUR: The contest closes, winners are announced

 

If you know you will come to the event, please just let us know by sending us a letter so we can accordingly prepare the festivities for the right amount of people. We can't wait to see you at the Carnival. If you are an artist and wish to perform at the Chambéry Carnival, you are welcomed to contact us.

 

 

The Event will take place Sunday 21th of April starting at 4PM EST in Chambery right next to Petra´s capital City of Vallagne.
