In light of recent events involving our esteemed kin Cassian Alarik and Marjoreya Colborn, House Colborn extends its heartfelt condolences. Though the decision might not have been mutually agreed upon, we recognize the impact it may have on their children—Johannes, Vitya, Casper, and Margarethe—whom we forever hold dear as family.

 

While divorce may alter the dynamics, House Colborn unequivocally regards Lady Marjoreya and her children as members of our lineage. We extend an earnest invitation for the young ones to maintain the esteemed Colborn name. If that offer may be declined, House Colborn would only see fit the alternative of starting a Cadet Branch under Lady Marjoreya, without laying claim to the name of another House or Family, as mutually agreed upon with Lady Marjoreya’s birth House, House Ruthern. Any of the children mentioned that keep the Colborn name shall be able to refrain from joining such a cadet. We are more than happy to support Lady Marjoreya or any number of the children in the absence of their father. If a cadet is formed by the Lady and any of the children who don’t wish to keep our name, the name of such a cadet is their choice and theirs alone.

 

As staunch believers in our motto, ‘Family Through Fire,’ we affirm our unwavering support for all Colborns - past, present, and future. rest assured, our commitment to familial bonds remains resolute, and we anticipate the continued prosperity of House Colborn.
