On the Vice-Amiratus

On the Vice-Amiratus 

 

 

 

It has been decided by the Crown that it is necessary to create the role of Vice-Amiratus to ensure that the Kingdom runs smoothly in the case of both the Monarch and Amiratus’s absence or incapacity for any given reason. This roll shall be outlined in this document.

 

The Vice Amiratus shall:

- Be a pre-existing member of the Duana of any standing.

- Be chosen by the Amiratus and Monarch of Balian.

- Not hold any office above their peers in the Duana unless in the following period.

- Be considered head minister of the Duana when both Monarch and Amiratus are unavailable. However such must be declared by either Monarch of Amiratus

- Hold the title as a provisional one, only effective when called upon.

- Not be considered as the successor to the Amiratus office, such only being decided by the Monarch when time comes.

 

With this Edict, we shall also pronounce that the first Amiratus is the Legate, Don August Temesch.
