Granted permission from Calathân an Naedwylm; Sohaer of the Silver-State of Haleun’or, Lady Saelihn Wynvyre is permitted to form the elHeial’kalir.

I. ELHEIAL'KALIR
A mass of people who devote a small portion of their time to coordinating festivities within the Silver State. Those within the elHeial‘Kalir are known as Kaliran, they are essential to the functionality of Haelun’or. 

II. CHAIN OF COMMAND 

The Council shall run and be led by Lady Saelihn Wynvyre, and co-led by Lady Royanë an Naedwylm. Members shall hold themselves to high standards and act accordingly as members of such a gracious group. We look forward to the future of elHeial’kalir.
