To the People of Ravenmire and Descendant Realms,

 

For the last few months, our beloved Sovereign Bo I of House Rostova has battled with an illness which, up until this point, has remained mild. Yet, the sickness that infects His Highness has now intensified, leaving him bedridden within the Royal Manor of the Capital and unable to govern effectively. 

 

THUS LET IT BE KNOWN: 

 

We within the Government of Ravenmire have moved to form a Regency Council with the consent of His Highness. Members of this Council shall hereby include: Henry Arthur, Duke of Blackworth; Richard Octavian, Margrave of Rhosmark; Allerick Rostova, Crown Prince of Ravenmire; and Yelena Rostova, Sovereign-Consort of Ravenmire. All decisions regarding the governance of the Sovereignty of Ravenmire shall henceforth be decided by the previously stated persons until His Highness, Bo I of House Rostova, has made a full scale recovery.
