no longer active 734 Share Posted October 18, 2011 On my 4 months playing here I have noticed that one thing has remained the same. Whenever you travel even at night there is little to no danger. So what I would like to see is(if it is possible) to increase the danger of traveling by maybe making mobs spawn more and be harder. Please comment With helpful comments. Making mobs more powerful will effect mobs spawned by GMs. Two zombies on the road at night may seem like it needs to be more challenging, but literally 50 zombies being spawned above you at an event and having all rain down around you is a much different story. Especially when other people accidently hit you. And GMs rarely spawn just zombies at events. What ive been robbed and kidnapped loads of times just ask any wardens about that (they've rescued me like 5 times). But this is more about mobs than player character anyway. Adonzo 2 Share Posted October 18, 2011 In all opinion I think Orcs should have more lean when dealing with relations of humans etc. The orcs in all honest are what make the server fun by adding the dynamic fighting between both races. People keep complaining about them but without them, there wouldn't be disputes and all the drama that adds into the entire RP experience. ((I am human by the way)) But in all I would like to definitely see more mobs spawned, remove the NPC's ((Yes, these cause major lag)), and hopefully in the new world, we will have a better or re-designed environment for better establishments of cities, roads, and the Wild. Sporadic 2844 Share Posted October 18, 2011 Well, if you demand danger only at night players aren't the way to go, as they will be camping on certain spots no matter the time of day. If you're lucky (or unlucky, depending on your point of view) you'll definitely run into them. Furthermore, dark places are definitely still dangerous. An pigman at the wrong time can still get you pretty good, as you can tell from the many complaints. However, no, mobs don't roam around the kings road as most of it is pretty will lit, as well as elevated above the land, making mobs being actually on top of it rather rare. This will not be helped by making mobs tougher. They still won't be up there. Danger has to come from players, and like it's been said, they're trying their best (especially the orcs), but you can't expect them to take 10 minute breaks at every sunrise.
