For it has come to the attention of our Sovereign Crown that the House of Halcourt has stood idle and absent in their noble responsibilities, it is with a solemn and heavy heart that we out of necessity must strip the House of Halcourt of all noble titlings. Henceforth do let it be known that the House and its scion shall hold no titles or honors within the Sovereignty of Hyspia, nor shall they be recognized members of our esteemed peerage. We would further promulgate that the Barony of Campagnon shall be considered to be in abeyance form hereon.
