Your missive has not gone unnoticed by Our Ducal Throne. We have heard your pleas and, after consideration, we in Blackworth have come to a conclusion regarding this situation.

 

THUS LET IT BE KNOWN;

 

We within the Ducal Government of Blackworth hereby revoke the banishment of Gnomes within the Tipsy Goat Tavern, as we frankly do not know why they were banished in the first place. You are now free to drink alongside us and partake in general merriment alongside the other good citizens of Blackworth.
