Diplomatic Agreements:

 

Article I: Sovereignty 

a) Signatories recognise the co-signatory’s right to rule over the territory within their domains, and recognize their legitimate successors according to native laws.

b) Signatories will acknowledge no legitimacy to internal or external actions undermining the co-signatory.

 

Article II: Pilgrimage

a) Pilgrims visiting canonist holy sites will have the assurance of unimpeded travel through the territory of the co-signatories.

 

Martial Agreements: 

 

Article I: Non-Aggression

a) Signatories will not enter (or having entered, will not sustain) any compact intent on martial aggression against the other’s State, its borders, or its individuals.

 

Article II: Extradition

a) Signatories agree that criminals fleeing from justice in the territory of the co-signatory will be returned to their custody, regardless of citizenship

b) Signatories agree that individuals who commit crimes in the territory of the co-signatory will be held in local cells, while immediate contact is made between the respective sovereigns or their diplomatic council.

 

Article III: Mutual Defense

a) Signatories will act with force to defend the sovereignty and territory of the co-signatory, if such is aggressed upon externally.

b) Signatories will act with force to suppress rebellions and coups formed against the legitimate government of the co-signatory.

 

Objective Agreements:

 

Article I: Maritime Access 

a) Signatory States agree to not restrict, in form or substance, the passing of ships belonging to the State of another signatory. Respective captains may present a copy of this treatise, if permission for access is put to question. 

b) Harbor access, the anchoring of ships in the docks of the co-signatory, shall by this treaty be enabled, but only facilitated by the agreement of captains and port owners (ROs) in each individual case.

 

Economic Agreements:

 

Article I: Free Trade

a) Signatories will provide a trade stall, to be managed by the economic council of the co-signatory, free of tax for the duration of the Treaty.

 

Agreements of Duration:

 

Article I: Standard Duration

a) Let these above articles be in effect for a period of 12 years after signatures are hereafter penned.
