THE OFFICE OF THE EMISSAR, headed by Princess Milena Barbanov-Bihar, has seen immense work and productivity since its reform under her leadership in 533 E.S, during the reign of King Ivan VIII & Queen Nataliya I. Through the loss of the ‘Twin Crows’ and the early rule of King Marius III, the diplomatic efforts of this office have only continued to bring strength to our kingdom and aid in the defense of its borders.

 

RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS

◆ The Lady Emissar has signed a total of 11 treaties across all of Aevos in the last decade, varying from non-aggression pacts to full militaristic alliances.

 

◆ The Office has produced 2 detailed informant reports, keeping the people of Hanseti-Ruska appraised of potential threats to their safety and the stability of our realm. [1] [2]

 

◆ In the matter of Ravenmire and the Apostolic Kingdom of Aaun, the Lady Emissar took a leading role in many of the diplomatic discussions being had regarding the prevention of conflict. Judged by King Marius III to be the most capable individual to speak on his behalf, the Emissar led the Haeseni delegation to the holy summit in Numendil–where peace among humanity was ultimately won.

 

APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY EMISSAR

For his services and aid to the Lady Emissar during his time as an Aulic Ambassador, the position of DEPUTY EMISSAR is awarded to Lord Sigmar var Ruthern ( @Terry). He acts as the right-hand to the Emissar and speaks with her voice in all matters when she is indisposed.

 

APPOINTMENT OF THE SECRETARIAT EMISSAR

For her wide-knowledge on foreign relations and skill in organization, the position of SECRETARIAT EMISSAR is awarded to Lady Emma Kortrevich, Viscountess of Krusev ( @sarahbarah). She will aid the Lady Emissar in ensuring strengthened relations between Hanseti-Ruska and our allies, as well as organize delegations to attend foreign festivities and gatherings.

 

APPOINTMENT OF THE AULIC INFORMANT

For his continued supplying of valuable information and loyalty to the Crown, the position of AULIC INFORMANT is awarded to Firr Phillipe van Leuven (@satinkira). He shall publicly work to further the interest of our kingdom when it comes to collecting news and knowledge that might aid the Office of the Emissar in protecting the safety and interests of the Haeseni people.

 

DISMISSAL OF AULIC AMBASSADORS AND AULIC INFORMANTS

Due to the heightened interest and involvement of King Marius III in the matters of diplomacy, much of the work of our office has been maintained to great effect by himself, the Lady Emissar, and the Deputy Emissar. For this reason, it has been deemed that the retaining of further ambassadors and lesser informants to be unnecessary. Thus, we formally dismiss all members of the Office of the Emissar excluding those named above–with a heartfelt thanks offered to those individuals who desired to serve their country abroad.
