CAPT’N TOOK’S SHERIFF PROMISE

 

As your Sheriff, I promise to:

 

• Welcome someone to the position of Deputy.

 

• In addition, I’ll work with the Thain and Mayor to provide further jobs to weefolk.

 

• After the previous temporary loss of the sun, which sent Dúnwen into survival mode, stocking up on non-perishables, I’ll MAKE SURE the sun rises promptly every morning! I will also have Dúnwen equipped with a bunker in case of another apocalypse.

 

• Amend the law “Children under the age of one minute are not to be given alcohol.” Frankly this is outrageous! Children’s first drink should be alcohol, as soon as possible, else how can we expect them to be functioning members of society? Thus I propose the drinking age be lowered to NONE.

 

• Bring forth a proposal that PER LAW every weefolk is entitled to a garden! Even the bad ones, give them something to do besides being a nuisance.

 

• Bring back traditional means of punishment for lawbreakers, such as:
• Community service! Need your lawn cut but a silly demon took your ability to walk? You now have a personal gardener! 
• Target practice! Have your vegetables gone rotten and unusable? Let’s be resourceful and put them to good use!
• Mandatory nap time for all naygooddoers! A well-rested criminal is a lazy criminal. Let’s cut crime in half by ensuring they all get their afternoon nap!

 

And so forth …

 

With the methods above, I will crackdown on CRIME and IMPROPERNESS in Dúnwen.
